• On Sending the SMS you will get a transaction confirmation by a return SMS along with the total points   accumulated in your    account..

• You can track your points in any of the following ways:

   From time to time, you can track how many points you've earned, by sending an SMS. Just type    'AMCOBAL'and send it to    9900922323 OR 9591984660.

   You will be given a Unique ID and password, at the time of enrolment, to help you maintain your account.    Please visit     www.amco.co.in.

How do You redeem points?

• You can redeem your points for gifts or for AMCO Batteries once you reach a minimum of 2,000 points any time during the programme period using the unique ID given to you at the time of enrolment.

• For every slab of points you accumulate, you can choose gifts from the catalogue given below.

IV ) How do you register warranty claim.

When the battery comes for warranty, you can check whether this battery is under warranty. If it is genuine claim, you can send the SMS with the new battery number and old battery number in the specified format. You will get the confirmation SMS. All Warranty claims will have to be registered through this system.
