What is the APL program all about?


	APL is an exclusive programme designed for a loyal Dealer, Sub-Dealer & Retailer like you, wherein we would like to continue offering the value and rewards you truly deserve.

How do I enroll?


	APL is an exclusive program for special Sub Dealers / Dealer. Membership of the programme is primarily by invitation. All you have to do is contact the local authorized AMCO Dealer.

Can I buy any battery?


	Yes you can buy any battery that is covered by this programme. For every battery you purchase, you get points. For more details, please refer to the "How do you earn points' section.

How will my points be credited?


	Every time you purchase/sell a battery to your next level, you will need to send an SMS as per the format. The points will automatically be updated to your account.

How can I track my points?


	You can track the points accumulated with the help of your Points Record Sheet. You can also SMS 'AMCOBAL' to 9900922323 or 9591984660 and check how many points you have accumulated.

When can I redeem?


	You can redeem your points for gifts or AMCO batteries once you reach a minimum of 2,000 points any time during the programme period using the unique ID given to you at the time of enrolment.

How can i redeem my points ?


	You can redeem your gifts in any of the following ways: Send an SMS to 9900922323 OR 9591984660, mentioning your gift code. For e.g. if you have reached 10,000 points and want to redeem for any item mentioned in the gift catalogue, , you will have to SMS 'AMCO (space) the gift item code which is mentioned in the gift catalogue from your registered mobile number to 9900922323 or 9591984660. If you want to redeem your points for more than one gift, you have to send separate SMS to 9900922323 OR 9591984660. For e.g. if you have reached 30,000 points, and want to redeem 10,000 for 'X' gift (space) your 'password' and your second SMS would be "AMCO (space) gift code of 'Y' gift (space) your passward. Dealer, Sub-Dealer & retailer or AMCO Sales Executive can download your personalized gift redemption form from our website: www.amco.co.in Take a local print of this redemption form, and can then fax the filled-up form to 022 – 42204300 or mail it to our agency at the address provided in the next page. The Dealer, Sub-Dealer & Retailer can visit our website: www.amco.co.in and login with your ID and password. You could select the online gift redemption option, fill it up and send it directly to the agency. The Dealer, Sub-Dealer & Retailer will get an SMS confirming the redemption shortly. And the gift will reach you within 6 – 8 weeks from receipt of your redemption claim. Catalogue of gifts will be sent to you separately

Can I redeem all my points or only part of it?


	Yes! You can redeem part of the points or all the points earned by you. For example, if you have 10,000 points, you can redeem 6,500 points and carry forward the balance 3,500 points for future redemption.

Can I get multiple rewards in exchange of points?


	Yes! For example, if you have 30,000 points, you can either redeem gifts for 10,000 + 20,000 or redeem for a single gift worth 30,000.
