Membership is offered only in the name of the firm under which the Dealer, Sub-Dealer & Retailer is registered. Membership will not be given to any individual name. Multiple memberships are not allowed. |

Members must nominate a beneficiary under the programme and rewards given to the beneficiary shall be deemed to have been discharged under the programme to the firm. |

Members redeeming points should allow a time lag of 6 to 8 weeks, from the date of receiving the intimation, before receiving the gift. |

In case of non-availability of a particular gift, AMCO reserves the right to offer a similar choice of an equivalent value. |

Any guarantee or warranty of the gifts mentioned in the programme is the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturers only. |

AMCO will not be responsible or liable for any consequential loss or damage or any injury that a member may suffer as a result of participation in the programme / using the prize. |

The gift shall be subject to income tax, gift tax or any other statutory levies as may be applicable and the receiver of the gift shall be responsible to pay such taxes, if the receiver fails to comply with the applicable law, AMCO will be entitled to withdraw the gift. |

The terms and conditions of APL Program are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction under the Chennai High Court.
